Advantages of CPVC materials
BAC fillers are mainly made of chlorinated polyvinyl chloride
(CPVC), which has a temperature resistance of up to 70°C (long-term
working temperature of 93°C)1, which is significantly better than
traditional materials such as PVC and PP. CPVC has flame retardancy
(oxygen index ≥40), corrosion resistance (acid and alkali
resistance, high molecular hydrocarbons) and UV aging resistance.
Structural design optimization
The ridge, groove and separator design is used to optimize the air
flow path, reduce resistance and improve heat exchange efficiency.
For example, the patented technology improves the heat dissipation
performance of the secondary air flow channel through the
separator.
2. Application scenarios and specifications
Applicable cooling tower types
Counterflow cooling tower: filler width 1330mm, customizable
length, suitable for industrial-grade cooling needs.
Crossflow cooling tower: such as BAC FXT, FXV and other series,
support PVC (normal temperature) or CPVC (high temperature)
materials.
Technical parameters
Large contact area, excellent thermal performance, low resistance
design reduces energy consumption.
Strong pressure resistance, long service life, customizable size to
fit different towers.
